Cancellation Policy

MILEAGE FEE POLICY A mileage fee will be charged for travel to styling sessions or events located more than 49 miles from zip code of 32828. 50-59 miles outside of zip code 32828 will incur a $80 fee 60-69 miles outside of zip code 32828 will incur a $90 fee 70-79 miles outside of zip code 32828 will incur a $100 fee 80-89 miles outside of zip code 32828 will incur a $120 fee 90+ miles outside of zip code 32828 will incur a $135 fee The mileage fee covers the costs of operating the vehicle for business travel, including gas, maintenance, insurance, and depreciation. It ensures we can provide reliable transportation to your styling session while being fairly compensated for our travel expenses. This policy helps us better serve clients located outside the immediate Orlando area while keeping our standard session fees reasonable for local clients. CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally cancellations are unavoidable. If you need to cancel your session or package, please adhere to the following guidelines: 1. Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: You are eligible for a full refund. 2. Cancellation after 7 days of purchase but before the first styling session: A cancellation fee of 20% will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded. 3. Cancellation after the first styling session: Unfortunately, I am unable to provide refunds for any remaining sessions. Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to christina@fashionality.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
