I understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally cancellations are unavoidable. If you need to cancel your Chic Concierge package, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: You are eligible for a full refund. 2. Cancellation after 7 days of purchase but before the first styling session: A cancellation fee of 20% will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded. 3. Cancellation after the first styling session: Unfortunately, I am unable to provide refunds for any remaining sessions.

Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to christina@fashionality.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
